"I actually go out of my way to visit this specific store. The staff here are great. I have never gotten a wrong order. When there is an issue (no bubble straws) they own it and the apology is sincere. I will continue to visit this store daily even though I pass two others on my commute. P.S. very happy to get a bubble straw today!!!"

"I want to commend this caribou coffee! All week I went there and my cappucino was made perfect (with the correct amount of espresso ), and service was so fast in the drivethru!!! Honestly you just don't see this at most Caribou's anymore. I will continue supporting THIS Caribou!!"

"Really convenient great staff, fast and friendly. But ... Your bobba drinks are watery compared to every other store we've been to. Come to think of it all their blended drinks or watery on the bottom compared to other stores. Their chai lattes are not hot at all. Don't know why. Guess I'll just have to ask them to warm them up. Otherwise food we order is always fresh and hot. We'll keep going there. Service is great and we always tip."
